What this is

Movement grounding uses gentle physical motion to release stress and re-orient your nervous system.

The technique

You move with intention, not intensity.


Try this

Choose one:

  1. Slow walking, noticing each step

  2. Rocking gently back and forth

  3. Stretch arms or neck slowly

  4. Shake out hands or legs briefly

Notice how your body feels before and after.

Small movements are enough.
